Veritas has partnered with banks and finance houses in various countries to offer the best financing options at competitive rates. On average 70% LTV mortgages are offered over a maximum of 25 years.
It is important to note that many of our clientele rarely utilise the mortgage for the full term - the following illustrates typical use of the mortgage facility :
- One of our clients had 100,000GBP to invest
- He wanted to buy an investment property in Dubai
- Veritas introduced a new project, pre-launch off plan, where 1 bed apartments were available for 100,000GBP each
- We advised of a mortgage facility through Amlak Finance (local finance house) who approved a 75% LTV mortgage over 15years
- Our client then decided to purchase 4 units at 100,000GBP - placing 25,000GBP in each and obtaining a mortgage for the remainder
- Only interest payments (not full monthly installments) were required to be paid per month until completion and handover
- The properties were sold on completion in year 3 at 300,000GBP per unit
- The mortgage was paid off in full in year 3
